Agenda

Built to need 30 minutes, not 90. Most of what is left can be done on your own time — only four things genuinely need all three of you in the room.

1.It is not vapor any more. All 30 Intermediate lessons are built and live — 121 films, every one narrated, scored and captioned. Clickable now, on a phone, no password.

2.The schedule moved forward, not back. A multi-week job, finished this week, inside the end-of-August deadline, with time left for edits.

3.Nothing on the build side is holding up revenue. A price and a pass mark are all that stand between this and a working checkout. Decisions, not production.

What we settle live

TimeWhose callDecision
2:00–2:10VelmaDoes this meet your learning standard? Not “is it nice” — is a child who cannot read genuinely served by it. Yes, or a list.
2:10–2:15VelmaThe parent worksheets. Last content the certificate waits on. Date before you travel.
2:15–2:25RichardPrice. Nothing can be gated or sold without a number. Also: what comes off hold now that there is something real.
2:25–2:30All threePass mark. How many must a child get right to certify?

Anything beyond these four is faster in writing than on a call.

Before the call — ten minutes, on your own

OpenDo this
2.1 The five rulesSound up. Answer wrong on purpose — pick “Yes, if they are clearly upset.” Watch the consequence film, then answer correctly and watch it clear.
5.3 EscapeScroll to the end. Put the four steps back in order, then read the two things it asks a child to physically go and do.
The courseTwo minutes on a phone, the way a parent would meet it.

After the call — asynchronous

WhoWhat
Velma & RachelWalk the lessons at your own pace and send edits however suits — a marked-up list, screenshots, or a phone video talking over the screen. Any of those work; none needs a meeting.
VelmaSend the worksheet and first-aid files.
FernandoApply edits, finish the media pass on the older pages around the core, wire the certificate once the price lands.
