Cyberbullying
Watch, then decide. The next step only opens when you have it right.
Step 1 of 3
Step 1 of 3
If it is happening to you
- Do not reply. A reply is what they came for, and it makes it your argument as well as theirs.
- Screenshot everything before you block anybody. Evidence disappears when you leave a chat.
- Block and report. Every platform has both, and using them is not telling tales.
- Tell a trusted adult. If the first adult does nothing, tell another one.
Watch, then answer this
What has to happen before you block them?
Watch what happens
Then go back and pick again.
Step 2 of 3
If you see it happening to somebody else
- Do not like it, do not share it, do not add to it.
- Message the person on their own afterward and say it was not okay.
- You have no idea how much that is worth — and you do not have to be brave in front of everybody to do it.
- Then tell an adult, especially if it is not stopping.
Watch, then answer this
Standing up to a group chat in front of everybody feels impossible. So what can you do?
Step 3 of 3
And if you have done it
- People your age are sometimes the ones being unkind, often because everybody else was.
- Stop, say sorry properly, and tell an adult yourself.
- That is a far better version of this than being found out.
Watch, then answer this
You joined in on something. What is the best thing you can do now?
That is this lesson.
You watched it, you made the call yourself, and you got it right. That is the whole lesson — nothing here was read to pass.
Now do it
Off the screen, before you leave this page
Watching is not the same as being able to do it. Stand up and work through these. Nothing here is marked and nothing is sent anywhere — the ticks are yours.

Read what happens in each clip instead
Step 1 — Do not reply. Messages arriving on a phone at night. A thumb starts to type a reply, stops, and screenshots instead. Then block, then report, then the phone taken to a parent. Mock UI, no real platform.
Step 2 — Message them afterward. A group chat piling on. One phone stays out of it. Later, a single private message: that was not okay. The recipient reads it alone. Quiet, and the film should let it be quiet.
Step 3 — Say sorry properly. A child realizing they were part of it. Deleting is not the fix shown — the fix shown is telling a parent themselves, and an apology that names what they did.
Every film on this page is narrated and carries a caption track, supplied as a sidecar and never burned into the picture.
