You practice fire drills at school. Almost nobody practises them at home — which is the one place a fire is most likely to find you, and the one place nobody has told you where to meet.
How this works. Four lessons, an escape plan you draw and print, then the Badge Challenge. About an hour. The escape plan in lesson 3 needs a parent. That is the point of it.
