Am I safe? Call. Do what they say. Write it down.
Am I safe: look around first.
Call: 911.
Do what they say: they tell you, one step at a time.
Write it down: a grown-up does this bit, later.

You do not need to know what to do. They know. Your job is to call and stay on.

Three questions. What happened. Where are you. What is your name.

Where are you means your address. Number, street, town. Say it in that order, slowly. Then stay on the phone. Do not hang up, even to ring Mum.

Grandad is on the floor. He is not answering. Maya looks around. Nothing else is wrong, so she is safe. She calls 911.

They ask what happened. She says Grandad fell and will not wake up. They ask where. She says her address. They say stay on the phone. She stays on. They tell her what to do next.
