What is missing
- Two answers are silent – the 2017 package has no recording for the phone-under-the-bus correct answer or the helmets wrong answer
- Six of the ten map popups break character or style partway through (P3, P5, P6, P8, P9, P10)
- One film has no speech, so it correctly has no captions

2. People Safety

3. At Home Safety
Original, converted. Every screen redrawn from the 2017 Storyline package’s own vector artwork, cut to Velma’s own narration, plus six of Brandon’s original films. Nothing re-recorded, nothing redrawn by hand.

- Answers that have their own artwork in the package – the fridge, the kit, the hazards – are still plain text. Badge 6 shows what they should look like
- The routines and the fridge want a click-the-thing-in-the-picture control

- This is the badge to show Velma if she wants to see what updating legacy content would mean. The teaching and the voice are hers; only the pictures are 2017. Does she want them reanimated?
4. Online Safety
New animation. All films newly animated, including three screens on AI and one on screen time that did not exist in 2017. Velma’s 2017 recordings on the five challenge questions that did.

- The nine guidelines are new films; only four of them have a 2017 counterpart

5. Fire Safety
Original, converted. The only module with no video in it at all. Thirteen screens redrawn from the package’s vector artwork, every word Velma’s 2017 recording, and all six answer keys read out of the file itself.
