Where You Are Allowed

This is the badge where the honest answer is that we do not know your rule, and neither does anybody who has not looked it up for your address. Four surfaces, four different sets of people deciding, and rules that change at a line drawn on a map with no sign on the pavement. So this badge teaches the shape of the question instead of the answer: why the surface that feels safest measures out as the dangerous one, what to do about a boundary you cannot see, the half of the lighting rule every rider has backwards, and how to go and find your own rule and know when it is out of date.
