Riding with one hand
Riding along a chalk line, lift your right hand off the bar to point at something ahead. The bike tracks a slow curve to the left and the front wheel crosses the line. That hand was off for about two seconds, which is roughly how long a signal takes. That is why signalling is a skill with a drill attached, not something you just do.
