1. The puddle

“The puddle should be smaller and the dripping of water from above doesn’t make sense. Please make the puddle smaller and remove the dripping of water and rippling of same in the water.”

The puddle is now about the size of a dinner plate, sitting at the foot of the boots. The drip is gone, the ripple is gone, and the water is completely still. The wet footprints stay, because they explain the water.

2. The bandages

“Can you remove the bandages on the counter as they are not in their sterile wrapper… Or you can keep them in but make sure they are in a sterile wrapper.”

They are kept, and every one is now in a sealed sterile wrapper. Nothing bare is on the counter. Everything else in the kitchen is unchanged.

3. The certificate signature

“Who will sign the certificate if the course is online? You can either remove this from the bottom (and redesign the bottom) or provide a permanent fake signature.”

The signature line is gone. Nobody hand-signs an online certificate, and inventing a signature for a real person is not something I will do without being asked to. The bottom now reads Awarded by SOS 4 Kids Inc. with a single date line, and your SOS 4 Kids mark sits at the top left as the awarding body.
