Module 7 — Accident Prevention (Course Content)
Course content recovered from MODULE_7_Accident_Prevention_BIZT.zip.
This module is different from the others in an important way: it was built with much newer software and contains no Flash at all. More on that below — it changes the picture for the whole project.
Eight screens: a badge introduction, two find-the-hazard activities, their score screens, a conclusion with certificate, a congratulations screen, and an exit screen. No videos.
This appears to be the final module of the course. It awards badge 7, shows the complete badge set, and carries the “print certificate” step.
Activity 1 — Kitchen Hazards
The learner is shown a kitchen scene and clicks on things that are dangerous. A scoreboard counts how many they have found, and the course will not let them continue until they have found them all.
The seven objects in the scene:
- Knife
- Microwave
- Pot
- Kettle
- Water (a spill on the floor)
- Snack (placed out of reach)
- Stool
The hazard types taught: burn, fire, steam, slipping, tripping, falling, and injury.
The pairings are readable from the artwork: the pot and kettle give steam and burn hazards, the microwave has its own burn hazard, the water is the slipping hazard, the stool and snack combine into the falling hazard (a child climbing to reach something), and the knife is the injury hazard.
Activity 2 — Household Hazards (living room)
Same format, a living room scene.
The seven objects in the scene:
- Vacuum
- Iron
- Soccer ball
- Laundry
- Candle
- Light
- Fan
The hazard types taught: tripping, electrical, and fire.
The vacuum cord, soccer ball and laundry are the tripping hazards; the light and fan are electrical; the candle and iron are fire.
Closing screens
Conclusion / Print Certificate — shows all seven badges together with an “Amazing Job” message.
Congratulations — awards badge 7. Footer reads Powered by eLearnology.
Exit — a screen with an EXIT MODULE button. Its title in the file is literally “Untitled Slide”, which is a loose end.
Almost no readable text
This module has less recoverable text than any other. There are no quiz questions written as text, no feedback messages, no on-screen instructions I could extract. Everything is artwork plus 33 audio narration files.
What this means practically: the actual teaching — what makes a knife dangerous, why you don’t climb on a stool to reach a snack — is spoken aloud and drawn, and exists nowhere as text. There are no transcripts. If you want to know what this module actually says, someone has to sit and listen to all 33 audio clips.
That is a bigger gap than it looks. The two activities are the whole module, and I can tell you what objects are in them but not what the course teaches about each one.
The big finding: this module was built differently
I checked the software version stamped inside all four modules I have read so far:

Modules 1, 2 and 4 are 2017-era builds that depend on Flash. Module 7 was built with a far newer version of the same software and produces modern HTML5 only.
This means Module 7 will still run in a browser today and the others will not. It also means somebody, at some point, rebuilt or re-exported at least one module on current software. That is worth chasing down, because it tells you whether the original editable source files still exist and whether whoever did it is still available. Re-exporting from source is dramatically cheaper than rebuilding from scratch.
The “BIZT” in the filename is unexplained and may point to who did that work or which client it was done for.
Other things worth noting
No videos. Every other module leans on video. This one has none, which is part of why it is a quarter the size.
Much smaller — 18 MB against 34 to 83 MB for the others, 162 files against 313 to 344.
“Untitled Slide” shipped as a slide title.
“vacum” and “Ingury” are misspelled in image filenames. Not learner-facing, but consistent with the sloppiness seen in the other modules.
Also already uploaded
Modules 3 (At Home Safety) and 5 (Fire Safety) are sitting in the folder alongside these. Both archives are intact. Module 3 is the largest of the whole set at 80 MB with 240 Flash files and 6 videos; Module 5 is 20 MB with 134 Flash files and no video.
That accounts for six modules — 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. Module 6 is missing. Since Module 7 awards badge 7 and displays a set of seven badges, the course is meant to have seven modules, so Module 6 exists somewhere and has not been handed over.
